Once you book your free 30-minute consultation I will personally reach out to you to schedule our initial meeting in which we will determine all of your health goals and how my program will help you achieve these goals.
I’ll ask you to fill out a personal health assessment in order to better understand your medical history as well as your habits, routines, and past struggles. This will further help us create the most efficient plan for your personal needs.
We’ll develop your customized personal health plan, including nutrition and exercise, and schedule your weekly coaching sessions. During each session we will update your plan in order to continuously progress towards your goals. I will be there with you every step of the way providing you with the motivation, support, and accountability you need for success.
